Semester 2 Project-Part 4

This activity has opened my eyes and showed me that I do not eat healthy enough. I really need to eat more vegetables and dairy, as it is essential to my health. Because I consume such a small amount of dairy, I could be putting myself at risk for diseases such as Osteoporosis. I am supposed to be consuming around 1300 mg of dairy per day, while usually I consume close to 350 mg. As a result of this information, I have bought calcium supplements that I can take everyday instead of eating dairy products!
